The entrance is at the rear, beside your two private parking spaces, and the route from car to door is flat with no steps. The steps you may see on the front of the building belong to the neighbouring houses.

Living room, dining room, kitchen, both bedrooms and the bathroom, all on the same level with no stairs inside.
Wide double doors
The living room opens to the dining room through double doors, and the rooms have the generous proportions of the original classrooms.
Town on the flat
Kinross High Street, with its cafes, restaurants and shops, is a few minutes' walk on level pavements.
A flat loch walk
The Loch Leven Heritage Trail is level, well surfaced and has benches along the way. Go as far as you like and turn back.

Questions We're Often Asked
Are there any steps at all? +
No. The entrance is at the rear next to the parking spaces, the route from the car to the door is flat, and there are no stairs inside. The steps on the front of the building lead to the neighbouring houses, not ours.
Is the shower walk-in? +
No. The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower and a glass screen. We would rather you knew that before booking.
Is it suitable for a wheelchair user? +
The house is single-level but not a specially adapted property. Depending on your needs it may work well. Please call us on 01577 865907 and we will give you honest measurements.
How far is the town? +
A few minutes on foot along level pavements to the High Street, where there are cafes, restaurants, a pharmacy and shops.
